Check Your Registration Status

Don’t take it for granted that your registration went through. Verify your voter status on the Texas Secretary of State's website. You will need to update or renew your registration if you have:

  • moved,
  • changed your name, or
  • haven't voted in the last 4 years.

Remember: you cannot register online in Texas. You must submit a physical application with your written signature on it.

Vote Early!

Vote by Mail

You may apply for a mail ballot starting January 1st through February 18th.

Know Your Rights!
